Help!!! What happened to my Rooster Mr. Coach????

I have a very friendly flock of 11 and 1 rooster Mr. Coach. They all free range during the day and go in at night. I noticed the rooster missing Tuesday and today I found him in the yard. I dont know what happened he is at least 3 or 4 years old. There was no blood on him anywhere.

No I've never noticed that before he has always been healthy.

No. I made sure I looked him over good and didnt see any

The only way you're going to find out is to have him necropsied. Sorry for your loss! It could be a lot of things.

i think it cant be snake bite because a rooster kills snake my rooster has also 4 years but he is very healthy

If his neck is broken and or his skin is bruised, you may have a had a visitor in the form of a dog. They like to chase the noisy, fluffy little chew toys ... but once they catch them and the movement stops, they'll often just drop the boring "ball" and leave.
