Help!! What is inside this soft shelled egg?

My hen is 3 years old and was very obviously not feeling well this morning. I didn’t think she was going to make it. Later in the morning she was just fine. Eating. Drinking. Running around the yard. I got home from work and found a soft shell egg that I’m assuming was from her. I have never seen anything like this….this was what I found inside the egg. (See pics). It is “hardish” and rubbery kind of like an organ. It looks like 3 different parts connected. Any ideas??

If you still have that 'thing' it would be good to slice it in half lengthwise and take another pic.
They can act weird when a softie is moving down the pike,
nothing hard for the contractions wot work against.
