Help What is this Unusual like poo? Is this a sign of cocci/worms?

Hello,
i have a 1 yr old ISA brown named Ella who recently begun to show odd poo, is this intestinal linning or something else? Posting her recent poo in this message.( note: she has been doing this poo alot with internal linning like poo and her poo is not solid as your standed chicken poo) the only sign she is showing is a poo bum.
She eats a well, drink's well her crop emptys as well overnight and is gone next in the morning( her crop)

Something's I wanna know?
I recently got two new Isas had them for just under a month and one has had this issue just starting to show. Note that it only seemed to have begun when i gave her worming tablets on the 24/5/22 the day on the 25/5/22 is when we notice her odd poo and has been doing the same since?
Can Avitrol Plus (
PRAZIQUANTEL)worming tablets cause this issue? Do you think it is working or is this something else?

I've Given her two days worth of treatment of coccidiosis using baycox for the treatment i still think its too early to tell results as of right now and that's if it is Coccidiosis.
