Help! What is this white stuff on her comb

I’ve never seen this on any of my girls and this appeared within the last 24 hours. It almost looks hairy

Will it wash it off with warm soapy water using a cloth? Can you see any lice or lice eggs around her eyes? Are you in the US or another country? Favus a fungal infection can cause a white chalky comb and wattles, but that usually starts gradually.
