Unfortunately ACV will not act as a dewormer.

You would want to use an anthelmintic like Fenbendazole (Safeguard) or Albendazole (Valbazen) to deworm.

Take a sample of poop, not just hers, to your local vet and ask for a float test. Many worms are microscopic, you can't see them. Any vet can do it. Then you will know what worms, if any, you need to deal with.
