Help. What is wrong with my chicks?

Photos of the poop?

Where did that bag of chick feed come from - did you buy it from the breeder or order it?
I would go get a bag of commercial chick starter with a fresh mill date. If the stools are bloody, then I would also direct drench them with the liquid Corid at 0.10 ml per pound of body weight. This is in addition to them drinking the Corid water.

To me, they look too hot. Is it only 80F under the heat lamp or is the whole brooder that warm.
Vent pasting at 3wks is concerning.

The rocking back and forth, to me, looks like panting. Where is the brooder located?

Just my 2¢

Here is my set up.

Thank you so much. The feed came from the breeder. Unfortunately because of our weather my husband has to take my truck to work tomorrow so I’ll be stranded and unable to get new feed until Friday but I’ll definitely do that. I imagine ordering from amazon isn’t a good idea because of freshness, yeah?

And ok gosh poor babies I can never tell if they are too hot or too cold. I pulled the bin farther from the heat lamp. It’s a really boo-boo set up because I definitely didn’t foresee having to have them all separate. I’m going to go check the temp again in a bit once it regulates now that they are further from the light. Up until now, the far edge has been 5° cooler than the side near the heat lamp.
Sadly I didn’t think to take poop pics. It was not a lot of blood at all, but just a bit.
I don’t have a scale to weigh them for the Corid dose. Would estimating be a horrible idea?

Thank you again.
It won't hurt to "estimate" the weights. Corid is mild, I think the sickest ones, I would direct dose them at .10ml each for a couple of days.

Are they eating at all? I would give them some scrambled eggs, see if they will eat.

The healthy chicks are in the big brooder and the sick ones are in the bin. And yep I got another thermometer so that I can measure on the floor.
Check the bin floor too...might get too hot in there for them.
A dimmer extension cord is a great way to adjust heat output of a bulb.
