HELP. What's Wrong With My Chicken

This morning I let my three 13.5 week old silkies out of the coop and something isn't right with the smallest one. He was TOTALLY fine yesterday.


Here's what I noticed:

1. He wouldn't come when called - usually the first one to come running
2. Won't eat anything, only inspected the food. Usually he is snatching it from the others!
3. Did eat a couple of mealworms.
4. He drank some water.
5. He's a lot less feisty than normal and seems to be moving around more slowly.

There was a storm last night and it was the first time they've been in the coop during a storm at night, so I thought he might be a bit stressed/shocked and took him away for a cuddle. While doing so he did a poop... the poop has me VERY WORRIED. It was basically all water and orangey/red... it looks like it has a lump of blood in it Photo below (sorry in advance for posting poop!)

Is it coccidiosis or could it be something else? What do I do?! Please help I am so stressed

What I have done:

1. Kept him separate from the others.
2. Made up some Cocciprol for everyone. He hasn't had any more to drink yet so hasn't had any so far. Can I syringe this? If so how much?
3. I made him some scrambled eggs... he doesn't want them.

Other thoughts that are probably irrelevant but worth sharing...

- He did have some beetroot slaw yesterday...
- I think I might have seen a mite crawling on me when holding him - I am not certain what they look like but after googling I think it was.
- We got a new chicken who is in quarantine on the complete other side of the house and I have washed my hands every time I have touched anything to do with her, and if I have picked her up I have showered and changed clothes. However I found lice on her a week ago (just one) and treated her within an hour of finding it.

He's just done another poop... on my jumper (thanks Eddie) still bloody but a bit more solids.

I would probably mix a tsp (5grams) in about 10 ml (2 tsp) of water to make it really concentrated, and give him about 1/4 tsp daily as a boost. Also make sure that he is drinking the treated water and even wet a little of his food with the treated water.

Not on the pot no. It is powder form and I just mixed it into the water

He won't eat anything so far this morning

He's been up for three hours but been separated from 5 mins in...

I always inspect their poops as I am so scared of this happening and I have found nothing like this. I think the first one was the one he did when I was cuddling him this morning.

I even inspected the coop for last nights droppings and nothing looks even nearly bloody... I've looked at the other two who are in their patio area as it is raining, so very easy to check the poops... none of them are having any issues (yet )

thanks, I think this is the same conversion as the directions on the pot we have. (5g for 4 litres of water) Would be awesome to know how much I should give him solo as a high dose...

I just got him a cherry tomato since they're his favourite. I broke it a bit and dunked it in the cocciprol water and he ate it, so I gave him another one and soaked it more... he ate half. So that's something

Yes you can use a syringe or dropper, or even a spoon held to the side of his beak to give the liquid. Try a little chicken feed, just a spoonful and add treated water to it, and see if he likes it. Soft cooked egg is also good. I would put him back with the others, if possible, for company. Of course, don’t let them pick on him.
