Help! What's wrong with my pullet!?

I got another hen from the same farmer I got the others a few short days after getting the others. She was fine at first. But now today I noticed this! What is it!? And most importantly what do I do?? I have already done a DE bath!

I would like go ad she is the only chicken with this problem. She eats and drinks throughout the day. And plucks out her own feathers.

comb is good and legs are good.
