HELP!! When are my German Spitzhauben or "Appenzeller Spitzhauben" going to start laying!?!?

I have four of what I believe are German Spitz but later found out the real name is Appenzeller Spitzhauben, 3 girls and 2 boys and I wanted to know when should I expect an egg? Soon I hope they are about 20wks old, they hatched out on February 27th, 2012!

I don't know to much about your breed but most chickens start laying around 24 to 28 weeks of age.
