Help! White crested duck struggling

I have no drakes. I have two other female ducks. A Pekin and Cayuga. I have no witnessed any fighting between them and they have always been so sweet with each other.
Here are some videos of her
Daisy Falling
Daisy Spinning
And I also added a photo of her neck
Poor girl she is very pretty I have to say. If you cant fix are you going to cull or just let her try and live if neurological

You know, my little chick had an abscess behind her eye recently. She had similar behavior to the falling any time she tipped her head back. She would flip around the brooder and walk backwards. I thought it was a vitamin deficiency, but I realized it was because she couldn't see out of that eye. I also think her ear was affected because the swelling was so severe. Now that the antibiotics have started working, she can see again, and she doesn't fall backward anymore.

I wonder if it is an infection of some sort or her vision???? Total guess...

When you feel her neck does it seem normal? No lumps numbs also weird question and dont force it but If you hold her can you straighten her neck or no....in the pick it looks like it is slightly bent all the time unless it's the angle
When I feel her neck it seems normal. She does have that crooked neck and normally she walks with it crooked. But she can straighten it out too.

Her vision is very good. I will have her stand in front of me and I will roll peas by her and he is right there and rarely misses any. But she does walk backwards too she will move her head back and forth like she has an itch. I have not gotten that on video Because it usually leads to her tipping over.
