Help white crusty vent. Not my chicken

My friend has a chicken that she hasn’t been caring for. How can I help her.

Looks like the hen has a distended abdomen which may be a mass or fluid in the abdomen. Has this hen been laying eggs?

To help protect the bare skin from poop, apply some NuStock or Hen Healer.

It would be very good to keep her isolated/quarantined from your other chickens until you know more about her. Look her over for lice/mites, see that her crop is emptying overnight, observe her for any respiratory symptoms, look inside her beak for any lesions or canker.

She isn’t mine.
 
I don’t know if she is laying. White stuff is oozing out of her vent. Her poo is smelly
