Help with 5 week old chicks

New chicken Mommy here.....I started out with day old chicks from TS. They were all doing great. A couple of days later, I added 4 more to the group from TS as well. After adding the 4 new chicks, some of them have developed diarrhea. I put them on probiotics & medicated chick feed per a TS employee & 3 weeks later the diarrhea hasn't let up any. Any suggestions as to changes that I can make to clear it up? Thanks in advance.

Hello! Do you have any pictures? Have they pooped some solid lately?

Hello! I wish I did but I can't tell which ones have it because they're all together. There is some solid but it's hard to tell with 14 of them.
