Help with a hatching egg and no incubator

I dont know how long til this hatches or if its even still alive. I hear no chirping but the egg keeps cracking. Its a rhode island red. I have no incubator all ive been having it on is a heat pad. Heres the pics.

Glad you could join us here! I'm afraid your pic is not showing up Could you repost it please?
Humidity is going to be the key factor without having an incubator. Can you get the egg in a hot steamy bathroom? This can help with keeping the egg moist during hatch.

Welcome to BYC

Can you place a large bowl over the egg, on the heat pad, with a small bowl or something with some hot water in it alongside the egg to up the humidity in there? It's a bit of a primitive arrangement, but it will do for now. Good luck and keep us posted!
