Help with a sick chick

My chick is 8 weeks old and a few days ago I came out to find her on her side she would not stand. I've had her inside for a few days and it hasn't gotten worse or better she will eat and drink with help and can move both legs and wings and her neck but will not stand. I have seen chicks with mareks and I don't think this is it. Today I did notice she was missing feathers on both sides Idk what is going on but I really don't want to lose her. I'll attach a photo and any help would be great. Also she has a lot of energy keeps trying to stand up.

Have you given it any antibiotics? If not I would try that otherwise your only choice is take it to a vet and her being down that long you are most likely in a up hill battle.
