Help with an injured hen ! :(

One of our hens got a big wound on her head! I guess it is a result of pecking by other hens, but not sure. Anyone has suggestions on how I should deal with the wound? I'm worried about her. Thanks in advance for your kind help!!!

Is that white patch just skin? If so, I'm not seeing anything that really warrants worry.

She’ll be ok. Is the black dried blood? Is the white just skin? I would think we’d see more tissue and blood if it were scalp. If the skin is torn, I’d be applying triple antibiotic ointment.
