Help with Bantam chicks identification

Hello, Tara, and welcome to BYC. If all chicks are feather legged, there is a strong chance that they are all Cochins.
Thank you! All but one are feather legged. I will be getting some individual pics of them today. At 3 weeks, are there any ways of telling pullets from cockerels with the Bantam Cochins? I have read so much over the past year and alot of conflicting information out there. I appreciate everyones help and input on this forum. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. Pics will follow shortly! Tara

Thank you for your information! Do you have any personal experience with the Frizzle Cochin Bantam?
A little. No expert for sure.
I do know this: If you intend to hatch eggs, you need to seperate the frizzles by males and females.
A frizzle should only be bred with a non-frizzle. Two frizzles breed will most likely make a chick that has internal defects that cause pain and early death.
Breeding frizzles to non frizzles will give you around 50% frizzles and 50% smooth chicks. That's why I say you hit the jackpot! They are sought after by some people.
I was never that enamored with them until I got some from a mixed bantam bin. I adore my little red frizzle rooster.

Hi! My name is Tara. I live in Punta Gorda, Florida. I have just recently purchased 10 Bantam chicks, marked "Assorted Bantam Cochin" straight-run. If I provide pictures, could I please get some help identifying the breed of Bantams they could possibly be? Any help would be extremely appreciated! Thank you in advance.
Welcome to BYC! I hope you found the answers you needed. I am quite sure you have, a lot of experience individuals here. I also have Cochin Bantams. Black & Partridge
