Help with breed? And if a roo or pullet?

Hello. I was sent some hatching eggs through the post that were meant to be ISA Warren chicken eggs. I had one hatch but I am now really confused by the colouring. Does anyone have an idea what breed I have because I'm not convinced an ISA Warren? And is it a pullet or roo? I'm thinking a roo but it's difficult to tell not having another similar chick to compare to. Thanking you all in advance.

Looks like a mixed breed cockerel. Where did the eggs come from?
