Hi everyone! I'm finally considering breeding my birds now that I've got the group I wanted. I got super lucky and came across some free chain link that I was considering using for the run off my new coop. One "wall" of chain link has 4 doors on it, like it was from a kennel. I was thinking of making mini runs for the time I'm going to have them in there BUT I cannot wrap my brain around what to do with them at night or for shelter! Do you all let them into the main coop or have a main run and just tuck away the hens once they've been bred a few times? Or do you put something like a dog house in the separation pen? I'd love ideas/pics before I start construction. I have over 30 birds IN the house (and more hatching soon! Yikes!) that need to get OUT. Like yesterday. LOL! I wanna plan this right! Any advise appreciated. Thanks!
