Is that like 100%. Is there any chance that any of these cockerels could be hens?

Wow. Super informative. I hate to give these Roos away. I get attached and so do my kids. I just need more hens, but also need way more space

You won’t hate to give them up once they start over mating your girls and possibly getting aggressive towards you and your kids as well... That’s the worst watching your cockerels snap. It’s better to remember them fondly and give them to good homes.

So with that being said… I have this silkie rooster that basically hides all day. Should I keep one of the others and get rid of him? If I’m gonna have a rooster, I want him to be protective

Not sure. Depends on your preference. Sometimes the protective ones can be so protective that they see you as a threat too! Hopefully you can get some other advice but I personally like the cowardly nice ones!
