Alright waiting for a pic right now she has clear his shell around his beak and again his beak is at the smaller end of the shell, avoiding the membrane as mush as possible.

Beak has been spotted, need to know where the top part of HES beak is versus the bottom part.

Proceeding from the bottom of the beak, down to the larger end of the shell, avoiding the membrane at all cost. Don't want to mess with that membrane until we can see his positin,, only pealing off the shell. Not taken the entire shell off just making a line from under the beak towards the larger end of the shell.

Waiting for pic to see if our line is big enough and to see if it's safe enough to make our first escape cut.

Whole crap baby is warming back up in the incubator he looks dark like the others but who knows! I just know it's nerve wrecking!
