Help With Chick Legs

Ok, so I have posted about this chick a few times. She has a few problems--back toes curled under (have carboard under her feet and that seems to be helping) and a band around her legs to help with splay leg. but she seems to be walking on her toes--not bending at her ankle. So, she is always either sitting back on her hocks or, when she tries to move, she scurries across on tip toe.

Poor thing is going to end up in full traction soon.

How do I get her to bend at the ankle?

I guess it could also be that she isn't straightening at the hock. hard to tell

Thank you! I am looking around. I am hoping I see some improvement in the next couple of days--I have to leave the country Friday morning
