Help with color and sex of Ameraucana

I am not certain if this is a cockerel or pullet. And what color would you call this? Blue? Blue/Black? I ordered hatching eggs from MPC and this little chick was almost black before it got feathers. The eggs I ordered were listed as Blue Ameraucana hatching eggs.

These are poor pictures, but this chicken did not want its picture taken

The sun was shining through the trees so throws the color off some

Everytime I got close to getting a good photo it would move

Oh I forgot to mention that it is 13 weeks old, and no crowing yet.

I would call it blue, and say pullet.

Blue ameraucana rooster, pullets would have no where near that big and red of a comb at 13 weeks.
