help with diagnosis please

I have a 4 month old sick little turkey. He is very tame even loves rideing a atv and i want to cure him. I had to leave hom with a freind for a week in a smaller pen with 3 turkeys a lil younger than him. He is used to free rangeing. When i picked him up he was sick but the other birds seemed fine. He has yellow watery poop and seems weak. His wings droop and feathers are ruffled. He is drinking and eating but when he eats about 4 or 5 bites he stops for a while. I started him on corif.. Poultry provita and nutridrench today. I have him quarinteened. Any advice will be much appreciated. I am new to turkeys and backyard chickens but pray yall can help.

Lost some poults to same conditions you described. I was told they had cocci. As I free ranged them.

1 showed symptoms lasted 3 days under light looked better put back out died that night.

Best I was able to do was keep one comfortable for 6 days. Isolated in own pen tylan 50 in water.
Heat lamp. Looked like it was improving pacing the cage holding wings up. Thought had it beat went on day 7 dead.

I hope you have good luck finding out what's wrong. And someone with more experience can give better answer and solutions.
