Help with duck who was attacked

Should I start my ducklings on a poultry vitamin ?

I always add a poultry vitamin to their water when I have ducklings and chicks hatch, it gives them an added boost.

Well my ducklings are hatching out, but its only day 26, should I be concerned?

From the little I know, there are a few days' leeway with duckling hatches. Some are a little early. Is temperature a factor, like if it's higher than the thermometer reads?

Yup, there are a few days leeway. As long as the temp and humidity are up then all should be okay!
