help with duramaycin conversions.

I have a hen that has a resp. infection wheezing and strange sounds with no other symptoms. Poo is normal still eats and drinks normally. Have her isolated and have her on duramycin in her only water source. I cant figure out what mg. to tbsp. to give her. Been putting 3 tsp. per gallon is this correct? I am new at the whole chicken thing dont have much money and only have 8 hens.Trying to sell eggs and preserves to build large chicken coop so I can have more chickens. I cant afford to lose even one of my hens especially my first egg layer who is under the weather..PLease help!!!!!

Do isolate the affected hen.
