Help with egg turning?

I'm hatching 9 eggs due on the 15th. I'm using a farm innovators cheapo incubator and turning by hand. I've had a great hatch rate time year using this setup. Problem is that I'm going out of town Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon and won't be able to turn them. Saturday will be day 16 and I can turn that morning but not again. Lockdown is on Monday. Should I leave them until Monday with the low humidity and jack it up on Monday for latch down till hatch or set the humidity up on Saturday. I read a study once online that claimed that eggs hatched at the same rate when turning stopped at day 14. They claimed no need to turn any longer than that. Please help.

I would wait to increase the humidity. I have the same incubator and waited til day 19. Some people wait til the first pip even. As far as the turning I'm sure you're fine. I even forgot a couple times and still got 31/34 to hatch.
