Help with feather regrowth after bullying

These two ladies (Columbian Wyandotte and Sapphire Gem) are at the bottom of the pecking order and we have no rooster. The bully who was pecking their feathers at the base of their tails has completely stopped after putting Pick No More on as well as using peeper blinders. Everyone is back to normal and laying, but they have not been able to regrow healthy feathers and are holding onto these heavily pecked ones. They are all being fed a mix of Nutrena layer pellets as well as the Feather Fixer food. Is there anything else that can be done for them so that they can get back to looking their best, or will we have to wait and hope that a molt fixes this issue? Thank you in advance!
