help with gender and breed

We got four chicks from a local childrens farm and have no idea what breed or gender. We hope someone can help us.

Not sure on breed, the black ones could possibly be austrolorps. They all appear to be hens though.

The blue is very pretty

They look like mixes. How old are they?

Three are about 11 weeks old. The solid black one is about a week or two older, but she is alot smaller.
