The one with wattles (pink skin flaps under mouth) is a rooster, the other is a hen. :]

Do you have another clear body shot of the one with the larger wattles and comb? At 4 months I’m thinking you may have two pullets.

I 3rd that motion on the body shot. Im leaning towards both being pullets.
