Help with hatch

i have a baby chick hatching and it just pipped but is bleeding. The chick is alive what do i do

Where is it bleeding? Some blood on the chick while it's hatching is perfectly normal; just vessels breaking as it hatches. If it's still bloody after it fluffs then you have a problem. Can you post some pictures?

It still hasn't come out pipped hole a tiny bit bigger but that's it so far
