Here he is. . He is still lifting his bill and yawning, just more active. Should his leg be above his head?

Yup, that happens... I actually prefer the foot there cuz it helps them keep their air hole in the membrane open...

He is now turning in his shell and a wing is out should I help him?

Go ahead and take more of the shell off so the whole end is open... then start peeling the membrane back slowly... stop if there's any blood...

He popped out quick! I broke a few tiny pieces and he squirmed right out

He's energetic but very clumsy. He's in the incubator warning up

Poor guy, I think he's exhausted...passed out in front of the lamp.

Awww! I think that's ok, just keep him on soft cloth for a while... if you're worried, you can dab a bit of antibiotic ointment on it...
