Help with hatching eggs day 21 and peeped on side of egg

How eggciting! I'd expect the chicks to hatch in the next few hours.
So one of the eggs that started to peep out later than the others just hatched and seems very strong and active. It's drying off inside the incubator and has moved the other eggs around a lot. The egg that first made a peep still is inside its egg with its beak out. It seems tired but still moving and chirping. Then the other egg still has a peep and membrane showing but has made no more progress but I can kinda see it moving some. Should I do anything yet?

Here's some pics through the incubator. Is it okay if I open the incubator to check on the other eggs since this chick knocked them all over?

He won't hurt the eggs by rolling into them. It actually encourages the others to hatch.

I would like to see clearer pictures of the pointy egg and whichever this egg is.20221103_161654.jpg

This is the pointy one that peeped first and has had its beak out for at least 8 hours or more. It's been peeping a lot and now it's not peeping as much but once an awhile and I can see it moving some but seems tired. That membrane worries me.

Yay! :wee

Eek! If you plan to assist you should chip the egg shell right to left instead of removing the shell that you removed. Moisten the membrane with coconut oil, this way you'll be able to see if there are any red veins, chicks need time to absorb everything and will ebb and flow with cheeping.
