That's not a very smart thing to do...
Be Patient, see what happens. do not remove the egg yet. make sure the humidity isn't too low because of the heat....

Can you or have you seen the duckling's bill in the air sac? If so, that is internal pipping. If it has been more than 24 hrs since that without an external pip, you might want to make an emergency air hole. It will ensure the baby doesn't suffocate. Lack of oxygen is what makes them internally and externally pip. If you are no longer seeing any movement, it may be too late. To make an emergency air hole gently poke a hole into the airsac with a push pin while candling. Do not enlarge the hole.
