Help with hatching turkeys

I incubated turkeys eggs and guineas together. Temp 99.5 -100, humidity 35-45 with 60 -70 % at lock down. guineas had 100% hatch rate. Turkeys just don't make it out and if I assist they just bleed to death . Nature 360 incubator.
