Help with how to cull a Rooster you are attached to

I am in the exact same predicament… too many roosters but I am attached to them all! I did what you said in one reply, separated them hens and have 1 rooster in with the hens, and the others in their own “bachelor pad”. They can still see the hens and interact with them through the fence, but it has definitely helped the hens a ton as they started gaining up on them. Everyone seems to be happier now!

I feel this, I'm doing the same thing now and will re-introduce my Roosters when I get more Pullets
