Help with identifying rooster

I got him from Sandhill. I only order barred hollands, basque hens, black dorkings. I could not find any other basque hen pictures that look like him. Can anyone let me know if he is and if not what he is.

I think a better, close up photo might help but I also think that most members of BYC, myself included, will not be sufficiently familiar with Basque chickens to ID him if that is his breed.
