I have 3 leghorns. I got them all at the same time, so they are same age. 1 is our cockerel, and the other 2 girls have been hard to tell apart until now. 1 of the girls, Fluff, is growing her wattles and comb more. What does this mean? I don't think she could be a rooster and just be a late bloomer, they are 15 weeks old, so id think if she was really a he then we would have known a long time ago. Also, will they lay white or brown eggs and when? Here are some pics.

^above^ Marshmallow, still has small pink comb and little wattles.

This is Marshmallow ^above^ her comb is still little and still pink and has little wattles.

A hen's comb grows in and gets red when she is gearing up to start laying :) She will lay white eggs.

I also have 3 production reds. Will their combs get bigger when they are getting ready to start laying as well? 1 of these girls is starting to get bigger wattles, but the combs are the same.

I'd say Fluff will be giving you white eggs in a few weeks, if not sooner. Large, plump, red comb and wattles are signs of sexual maturity and reproductive health. All your hens will get them as they get ready to lay....the other girls look farther out, over a month I'd guess.

roost and new nesting box!! Love it and cant wait to see eggs in it!!

^updated pictures of my 2 leghorns with their growing combs. Any idea on egg time?
