Help with medicine/Dosage for pot bellied pig w/ a UTI!!!

Hey guys! Curious if anyone knows what medicine and dosage for a pot bellied pig with a UTI??? Not sure of her weight, but she's 2 years old and HUGE! lol I've read Ampicillin 500 and Amoxycillin 500 are good, but would love any other info??? Thanks!
