help with my day old chick please!!!

I have an 9 hour old chick that can not stand and walk properly he is falling over like his losing his balance all the time he walks

and then rocks back and falls over. I have checked him all over and nothing visual. he can stand but for seconds only. when he ends fall on his back sometimes he tries to get up but can't and lays there still so I help and then his fine. I have uploaded some pic's please please will someone give me advice

9 hrs. isn't very much for rest and recuperation following a hatch. It is exhausting to a baby chick to force his way out of an egg. Newly hatched chicks sleep quite a bit.& often fall asleep on their feet and fall over, or fall asleep in a feed dish. Think about a new born foal- trying to get his legs under him they don't suddenly burst into a gallop. Time & sleep may be all he needs to right himself.
