Help with my hen!

25 week old sapphire gem.
Lethargic
Legs behind her
Wobbling
One eye closed
Crop empty
Weight loss
She had mereks vaccine
This has been slowly progressing over 3 weeks
Have her separated
No bloody stool
No egg bound
no lice or mites
Is eating and drinking

Anyone have any advice? I’ve given her Nutradrench, vit b, honey on tongue, she’s in a warm place with little light during the day and no light at night. Epsom baths… just not sure what else to try.

Was she hatched within your flock or did you get her from a feed store? Or was she from a private breeder or bought from a chicken swap meet?

Do your chickens free range? Compost pile access? Any machines in the area leaking fluids?

Have you added any other birds to the flock recently, or did you get her as a started pullet from someone else? Some of her symptoms sound possibly like the start of Mareks. It still could be that even though she is vaccinated, if she was exposed to a carrier at some point. Hopefully, it is something else, but if you should lose her at some point, I would have your state vet pathologist do a necropsy.
