HELP WITH MY MANDARIN DUCKS!

Hey I just got mandarin ducks and I also have two call ducks. I feed my call ducks purina duck feed. Is that okay for the mandarins to eat? The seller told me it was but I’m watching them poop way more than my call ducks so I just want to make sure. Can anyone help? Thank you!
Yup, that's fine. I feed mine Purina flock raiser crumbles. They seem to like the crumbles more than pellets. In the spring you'll want to switch to a breeder feed though, esp. if you plan on breeding them.
Mazuri has a great breeder waterfowl feed.

Easy box idea is a Rubbermaid tote with a hole in it. I know that my ducks get worried when my dogs are near the pen but having a closed off area they feel they can retreat too. You also might want to put ribbon on the exposed wire because that might help prevent the duck ramming herself into the wire.

It might help to cover the bottom of the pen with wood or tarp, so the ducks won't be able to see the dogs when they are out.
Also, a brush pile in the corner for them to hide in would be helpful.
