Help with new chick

I had my chicks hatch this morning but something is wrong with one of them,i have noticed that something is wrong with the vent it has something hanging from it.i have posted pictures but idk what to do pls help.

I had my chicks hatch this morning but something is wrong with one of them,i have noticed that something is wrong with the vent it has something hanging from it.i have posted pictures but idk what to do pls help.

Clean with a mild disinfectant. Keep its environment as clean as possible. I do not know of anything else that can be done, but hope for the best. I had a chick hatch yesterday-so weak it could now walk at all; just laid there. I was sure it would be dead by morning. This morning it was hardly recognizable- running, eating, and drinking with the other chicks. Good luck.

Thank you so much for the reply and i will do just that,i haven't ever seen this befor so it was shocking to me,the chick is very healthy otherwise seems to be very strong but im worried that it will die and i would really hate that to happen.ty again.

Keep the environment as sterile as you can until the damage is scabbed or healed.

Update new chick is doing great although its toes are curled im so happy it didnt die,i kept it clean and now its with all the rest and doing very very well.ty
