Help with new chicks

Getting a refund for the 12 lost chicks, I think I'm going to hold off on replacing them til the local feed store gets theirs in in about 3 weeks (unless i got different breeds it would take at least that long to get replacements from Meyer going by the availability schedule they have on each breed's page). And with getting them in person I can try getting the healthiest looking. Unfortunatly last night one of the 4 remaining got weak (was the most active of the bunch too) and was dead come morning.

So down to 3, they are all actively eating and drinking at least. Lots of soft chirping and running around the brooder. With any luck they will make it. Although somehow during all of this they ended up pretty junky and crusted. Any suggestions on cleaning them up (they fluff is more armor and spikes right now)?
