I personally would treat him for coccidiosis first of all ASAP. Most folks use a product called Corid, should be able to find it at your feed store in the calf section.
I always treat new birds I bring home immediately as stress can bring it out, and take him down.
Someone in here can chime in bout dosages, I think treat for 5 to 7 days but he needs emergency treatment. I use something else so am not up on dosage info. After that is done, you will probably need to worm the guy.
Peas are prone to cocci even when older if they are stressed and have quite a bit in their system. Keep an eye on your babies too, if they fluff up and pull their heads in. Most peafowl owners have an emergency kit that includes Corid, and or other stuff to treat various things since by the time the look off it is crucial to get them treated pronto.
