Help with newbork chick

One of the chicks (2 days old) wont use one leg. It uses one leg correctly, the other is straightened out forward, he just keeps it forward straight all the time? Is it a splayed leg or something else?

Can you post a picture fron the front or back with the chick standing? Slipped tendons can be common, and are very difficult to treat successfully. Here is a picture of suspected slipped tendon and how it may look:
