Help with newly hatched chick-Graphic Pic Warning

I took out some of the chicks that hatched, and when I moved them saw a few small dots of blood on the paper towel in the shoebox. As I inspected each one & put it in the brooder, I noticed this one had a red bump around its navel. I quickly put it back in the incubator in case something still needed to be absorbed. Below are two pictures of the large red bump. I did not assist this chick in any way. It is exactly day 21.

It may be mushy chick syndrome. https://www.merckvetmanual.com/poultry/omphalitis/omphalitis-in-poultry Not much can be done about it other than clean and put antibiotic ointment on it so infection can be kept under control.
