I was wondering how many mL of nutri-drench to give my 3 month old silkie chick. Her wry neck has been getting worse, though she only seems uncomfortable when getting ready to sleep. She is a little over a pound.

Also, does anyone have some tips on how to get rid of lice snd their egg sacs? The same chick has them crawling all over her, and she has a dirty vent. I'm going to try cleaning her up tomorrow and rubbing some DE into her feathers. I'll also rub some into the feathers of the other girls just to be safe.

I know it's not good for the lungs, and I'm worried it'll do more harm than good since my silkie is already so delicate.

Those little white ball things under her ear are eggs, not feathers.

If she weighs a pound, then I would direct dose her with 1ml of Poultry Nutri-Drench per day - you can split that up if you need to - give 1/2 in the morning and the other at night.
Give her a little scrambled egg daily as well.

For the lice, I would use a Permethrin based poultry dust or spray to treat her. DE isn't going to help, imho.
For the lice nits (the white balls) you can apply a little coconut oil to help soften/remove them.
Housing needs to be cleaned out and treated as well. Re-treat the chick and housing in 7 day intervals.

If she's been with other chicks, then it would be a good idea to treat all chicks and their housing as well.

What's her poop like?

What are you feeding?

Thank you! Her poop is normal, and she gets chick feed, layer feed, mealworms, and cracked corn everyday. Sometimes I add in extra things like bread, berries, other fruits, vegetables, or leafy greens.

3 month old silkie

She's only 3 months old.
Eliminate the Layer Feed, Corn and "extras". Give her the Poultry Nutri-Drench, a small amount of egg and Chick Starter. Wry Neck is a symptom of nutritional deficiency, disease and injury. See if it corrects itself through vitamin therapy and nutrition.
When you give all these "extras" you are diluting the protein/nutritional content.
Layer feed has too much Calcium for such a young bird - when she comes into lay, then you can start transitioning to layer feed.
