Help with pain management? How much aspirin?

Do you have photos of the deep indentions in his legs?

Since he's on the smaller side, I'd give 1/4 of an 81mg Aspirin twice a day for up to 3days.

Place the food and water up higher so he doesn't have to bend to reach it. Maybe you have block of wood, a brick or something to set the food/water on.

It seems after the past three days the indents are now gone but you can see by the direction of the cut spurs how they were pressing into his legs. He still won’t stand and I haven’t seen him drink, but he is eating wet mash (he is a scissor beak after all). He’s half the size of his brother, but I know he’s a very special boy. At three weeks old he was the size of a three day old so he tends to handle things not the best. Below is a photo of him as a baby. All the chickens in the picture were born the same day. He just had horrible health complications, which is why I don’t think he’s handling this well currently.

Poor Guy! He was a tiny little thing wasn't he!

Have you been treating his legs/feet for Scaly Leg Mites too?

5years old, he's done pretty well despite his limitations.
If you don't feel like he's getting enough fluids, you can tube fluids into him. He may benefit from tubing some electrolytes and Kaytee Baby Bird formula to see if that brings him up some.

Have you tried Torpedo Feeding? He'd still need fluids of course, but if he's not eating well, this can hopefully get him through this rough patch.
