Help with poorly chick

My 7 week old chick is not well today, she is very sleepy and her crop is very full of fluid, this seems to be what is making her bad, she has done poo's and is cherping away at times, but stands with her eyes shut most of the time. Any ideas on what we can do?

Sounds like impacted crop or sour crop. Look up both of these on here (there are a lot of posts on both topics) Apple cider vinegar in the water and yogurt are supposed to be good for both.
