I'm glad to hear that all sharply marked EE chicks aren't Roos. We bought several (marketed as Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas from hobbyists who had no idea what they were doing) and the two with the most distinct eye circles and chipmunk stripes were Roos. We have pure CCL's and Marans also but I do love the EE's (so we hatched out quite a few this year). The green eggs are such a hit with everyone and the birds are so personable (except one of our Roos who hates hates hates my husband!)
